What if I have an EMERGENCY after hours or weekends? including water leaks, etc. – FIRST be directed to Management immediately. If management is unavailable, then Contact a Board member. Call the 702-835-6904 Press 0 and tell the Operator it is an emergency. The Operator will direct and/or address your issue accordingly. Thank you for understanding.
All Police, Fire, & Medical emergency – FIRST call 911 immediately, and then notify management and/or a Board member.
GAS LEAK – Leave your home immediately. Move away from your Unit. Get into fresh air. Leave doors open and immediately - CALL 911 OR the Southwest Gas Emergency Number 877-860-6020.
