Founded in 1988, Regatta Pointe Homeowners Association (RPHOA), is nestled along the Lakeside of Boulder City, Nevada.  It is comprised of 58 Single level Townhomes, which overlook beautiful Lake Mead and with views of the Eldorado Mountain range and wilderness. 

 

The Regatta Pointe community includes access to a community pool & spa, RV Lot, and a greenbelt area perfect for playing frisbee or watching the wildlife.  Definitely one of the best multi-family residential communities in Boulder City!

Every so often, Regatta Pointe homeowners are also delighted with visits from the Nevada Wildlife which includes "Big Horn Sheep", Roadrunners, Quail, hummingbirds, jack rabbits, and more!
